Each player has a defined role in time to optimise the following actions:
- Preparation
- Coordination (multi-activity compartmentalisation, electricity, transport…)
- Information meetings / communication schedule
- Distribution of packaging material (boxes, adhesive tape) – we can also handle some of the packaging for you
- Labelling and the creation of a mini relocation guide
- Recording specific aspects of the start and finish
- Site protection
- Packing and unpacking of IT equipment
- Packing and unpacking of furniture / the contents of cabinets
- Disconnection and reconnection of computer hardware
- Handling and equipment transfer
- Assembly and layout of furniture based on recorded location or according to a layout proposala
- Electrical installation according to your needs (overhead projector, screen viewing, TV, strong and stable power supplies)
- Quality report and after-sales service
- Furniture inventory with illustration and quantities
- Management of movable assets and recycling with our partner, Valdélia
